2007 Bianchi 928 Carbon Veloce Double
Bianchi have somewhat oddly thrown this beauty into its "coast to coast" category. The relevance of that name becomes apparent, though, when you start ascent number seven toward the end of a long endurance day.
During long ascents, when every gram of mass mercilessly follows Newton's laws, you will appreciate being on a bike of this stature.

In some respect, we have to consider the 928 Carbon Veloce Double a midrange road machine. Although it's RRP of $2599 is quite steep for a Veloce-equipped bike, we are looking at an all Italian, all carbon product - so it is indeed priced accordingly.
Bianch are servicing the full spectrum of the road bike market, with their full carbon frame range providing a necessary alternative to their aluminium and steel framed options in today's "Composites are King" prevailing mindset.

“I have done almost a thousand miles in the last few months on my bianchi. I have found it superb in every way. The comfort of the bike is outstanding, especially after hours and hours in the saddle. The frame is so stiff around the bottom bracket and power transfers immediately from the pedals. The Campagnolo kit is as you would expect and never fails to please. I could not be happier with the bike and not only is fantastic value for money, it's drop-dead gorgeous too and turns lots of heads. Unlike me......”
