middlesbrough, bluebell corner

left off low lane for stainton

go through seamer and head for stokesley

stokesley

go through high street turn up station road for kirby

kirby turn left

great broughton turn right at round about head for helmsley

go up clay bank tastey climb

fast decent

chop gate straight on

fast blast along the valley floor

fast blast down into hemsley

helmsley good point for refresments shops and cafes

helmsley from here take the A170 to kirby moorside

kirbymoorside go straight on

turn left forkeldholme and hutton-le-hole here starts a 10 mile climbe to the top of blakey ridge

hutton-le-hole go straight through it ramps up for haqlf a mile or so just as you leave the village

great views, if you have the energy to look

the lion in, nice place to stop for a break if your not in a hurry

top of the climb, fast downhill to castleton

stay on the main road

before castleton turn left just after the cattle gride and the speed warning sign

fast down hill

go over cross raods watch for cars

nasty sharp climb

bear right at junction staying on main road for commondale

sharp decent under railway bridge tricky bend watch out for sheep

commondale turn left

up hill drag

fast twisty down hill with a sharp climb out

kildale straight through

junction turn left

ingleby greenhow turn left back to great broughton

turn right at roundabout for helmsley

straight over and back to middles brough the way you came

turn right

turn right
