Overlake to Evergreen Point Commute

The way points of this bicycle route:

Microsoft Campus

Leaving Microsoft

Redmond

Get in the center lane here (the right lane turns right). There is a slight downhill for the next section of 156th with speedbumps and bikes can usually go faster than cars.

Left than right then left again onto Old Redmond Road through the housing development.

Old Redmond Road climbs for most of the next section, but it is never very steep.

Get in the left lane before turning on 132nd.

There is a pedestrian only bridge across 405 here. Take a left as soon as you get over 405.

Kirkland

There is a gravel sidewalk/path here which connects 114th for bikes, but not cars.

There is a nice trail system in Watershed Park if you want an alternative. Just keep going straight on 114th. There is a map just inside the park, you want to come out on the west most exit.

Big dip and climb through here

South Kirkland Park and Ride

South Kirkland Park and Ride is here if you want to catch the bus early.

A steep climb starts up Points Drive here. See if you can beat the cars stuck in traffic on 520.

Clyde Hill

There is a barrier here, but bikes are allowed through.

A trail that parallels 520 starts here.

Another little trail starts here.

Evergreen Point Flyer Stop

Get the bus to Seattle here.
