The way points of this bicycle route:

Don't go through it, rather go straight on.

Llanbister Road

Make sure you cross the rail bridge - it gets narrow now so watch out for cars and stay at the side if one comes

This is a nasty road but it is only a few miles and then you get off it onto one fo the nciest bits of the route

Turning for Abbycymhir

Avoid the dog at the house on the corner by shouting at it or cycling fast.

Abbeycwmhir

Here is a pub where you can get a snack to eat or visit to local shop

Rhayader

Last chynce to get supplies before you have got over the major hills, so stop for a drink or some food

Moutain road turning

Don't follow the cylce route signs rather go up the hill on the 'Mountain Road - Not Suitable for coaches"
