I think there needs to be a better way to edit routs. A 50mile route that I draw usually has over 800 points (Bikely adds more points than I 'click'). Either Bikely should adapt so there is only a point at A)every turn, or B)only specifically where I click.
The result of having 800 points though, is that if you need to go back and reroute, it takes forever to delete 50 points to get back to the nearest intersection....make sense?

No, the points need to be there to follow the route and elevations closely enough. What we need is a better way to delete whole sections of the route. For example: have a "start delete" button and an "end delete" button. Select a point; click "start delete"; select another point; click "end delete"; all point between these two points are deleted. Problem: how do you then implement follow roads on the replacement section. This is all easier if the deletion is at the end. Several other sites have an undo that deletes all points associated with the previous mouse click, each time you click undo.
    .
There is a way to do all this now: download the gpx file; edit it to delete the points you don't want; upload the modified gpx file.
